1. Where can I apply for residence permit?
You need to apply in person at the Hungarian mission in the country where you live or are a citizen. If you’re in India, you can apply in New Delhi or Mumbai.
2. Where can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by email: visahungary.del@mfa.gov.hu.
3. What documents do I need to submit?
- Filled-out and signed application form and attachment.
- Passport copy
- 1 passport-sized photo
- Invitation letter with your Letter of Acceptance (LOA) , which will send to you after successful admission.
When you apply, your photo and fingerprints will also be taken for the biometric permit.
4. How long does the VISA process take?
The standard processing time is 21 days.
5. How long is the permit valid?
The permit is valid for up to 3 years, and can be extended once for another 3 years
6. What is PHARMAFLIGHT?
The future and vision of PHARMAFLIGHT is a safer aviation industry.
It is a unique combination of university-level pilot training and research and development for specific healthcare needs. In addition to our university pilot training, pilots have the opportunity to obtain their medical fitness exams and receive type rating training – all at the same time at PHARMAFLIGHT.
7. Where is PHARMAFLIGHT located at?
Hungary, Debrecen, next to the airport.
Our company is located in Debrecen, the second largest city in Hungary. The city is the location of several major investments. One of these is the construction of BMW’s new factory, the company’s largest ever investment in Europe. The city of more than 250,000 residents is characterised primarily by dynamic development.
8. How can I get there?
Debrecen is easily accessible by car, public transport and by plane, thanks to the international motorway network, the international airport with permanent border access and the railway hub.
Debrecen, as the regional centre of Eastern Hungary, is easily accessible by car from all the surrounding cities via the M3 motorway and the main roads 4, 33, 35, 47, 48, 471. If travelling by train, it can be reached from Budapest-Nyugati railway station with Budapest-Ferihegy stop every hour, and from Budapest-Keleti railway station with international connections by InterCity trains every two hours, and by taking two and a half hours by train. Debrecen’s international airport is located 7 km south of the city centre, along the main road 47. Thanks to Wizz Air’s direct scheduled flights, Debrecen can be reached from many major cities around the world.
