PHAPA
What is PHAPA?
PHAPA is an advanced diagnostic system developed by PHARMAFLIGHT.
It combines scientific measurements of fatigue, stress, focus and recovery with personalized feedback for each trainee.
Unlike traditional training, PHAPA uses objective data – not guesswork – to keep every cadet in top condition during the demanding pilot program

We integrate PHAPA – our proprietary human performance diagnostic system – into every stage of pilot training to ensure cadets perform at their best, mentally and physically.
How It Works
Step 1
- Each cadet regularly undergoes short PHAPA diagnostic sessions.
- Using specialized sensors and software, we collect data on:
- Fatigue and recovery levels
- Stress response and resilience
- Focus and cognitive workload
- Cardiovascular and nervous system readiness
- These tests take only a few minutes and do not interrupt training.
Step 2
- The collected data is processed by PHAPA’s proprietary algorithms, developed by PharmaFlight’s human performance experts.
- The system identifies patterns and early warning signs of overload, stress, or fatigue that are invisible to the naked eye.
Step 3
- Results are turned into simple, visual dashboards for instructors and cadets.
- Based on these insights, the training team can:
- Adjust flight schedules or simulator intensity
- Optimize rest periods
- Add mental skills coaching where needed
Why It Matters for Pilots
- Safer Decision Making
Detects early signs of fatigue or overload, before they impact safety.
- Faster Learning
Optimized scheduling and mental readiness make learning more efficient
- Stronger Resilience
Builds physical and mental stability needed for high-stakes aviation careers
